Our first ever Facebook competition was drawn last week at Bankstown Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Centre! Offering a free massage and cupping session with one of our physiotherapists, our Facebook followers could enter the draw to win by liking our page and tagging three of their friends.
Our winner Linda received a relaxing half an hour massage and cupping session by our physiotherapist Christina. Cupping is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. People get it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, as well as a type of deep-tissue massage.
